3.3 Refund policies are subject to the governing laws of the respective country and the terms of the agreement signed between Aarambh Luxe Realty and the buyer.

4. Legal and Compliance

4.2 Aarambh Luxe Realty is not responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise for buyers or investors in either jurisdiction.

6. Dispute Resolution
